Mickey Mouse
Cupcakes
Make cupcakes that look like Mickey Mouse by using
oreo cookies for his ears and brown m&m's for
his eyes.
Cheesy Pinwheels
Mickey's favorite snacks are light, flaky and
whirling with cheese!
3 cups Bisquick
1
teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2/3 cup water
2 tablespoons butter or margarine,
melted
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded
mozzarella cheese
1 cup pizza sauce
Heat oven to 425ºF. Grease cookie sheet.
Mix Bisquick, Italian seasoning, garlic powder
and water until dough forms. Turn dough onto
surface dusted with Bisquick; gently roll in
Bisquick to coat. Knead 10 times. Roll dough
into 18x10-inch rectangle. Brush with melted
butter. Sprinkle with cheeses. Tightly roll
up dough; pinch edge to seal. Cut roll into eighteen
1-inch slices. Place on cookie sheet. Bake

to 13 minutes or until golden. Heat pizza sauce
until hot. Dip pinwheels into sauce. Makes
18 pinwheel appetizers
Pluto's Puppy Chow
9 cups Chex Cereal
1/4 cup butter
1 pkg (6oz.) chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
11/2 cup powdered sugar
Microwave chips, peanut
butter and butter for 1 minute on high. Stir,
microwave about 30
second more, until smooth. Add vanilla. Pour
over cereal in a large bowl and stir. Pour
into a large ziploc bag, add powdered sugar.
Seal bag and shake Spread evenly on wax paper
to cool.
